Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Cafie Stamp and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Check what you'll lose, then tap Delete my account again.

Without the app

Email support@cafie.app with the mobile number on your account. We will confirm the number is yours before we delete anything.

What happens

You lose your stamps and any rewards you haven't claimed. This can't be undone.

Deleted

• Your name, mobile number and QR code
• Your notifications and promo history

Kept without your name

• Visit counts, so shops' totals stay correct
