Cafie Stamp is run by Alberto Gaudicos Jr. These terms cover customers who use the Cafie Stamp app and, further down, shops that use Cafie Stamp for their stamp card. Read them together with our privacy policy.

Terms of use for customers

Your account

You sign up with your own mobile number, one account per number. Keep the details you give us correct, and don't share your sign-in code with anyone.

Stamps and rewards

• Each shop sets its own stamp card: the reward, how many stamps it takes, how stamps are earned and when they expire.
• The shop gives the reward. Cafie Stamp keeps the count.
• Stamps and rewards have no cash value and can't be sold or moved to another account.
• If a shop changes its card, you keep the stamps you already earned. The shop decides whether the change applies now or after your next reward.
• We may remove stamps or rewards that were gained through misuse.

Using Cafie Stamp fairly

Don't copy or fake QR codes, use someone else's number, or try to get stamps without a purchase. Don't try to break or overload the app.

Notifications

Shops you visit may send you promos if you turned them on. You can turn them off anytime in Profile.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Shop Owner Agreement

This part applies to a shop that uses Cafie Stamp, and to the owner who signs up for it.

Your shop and staff

You are responsible for your account, your cashiers' PINs and your counter phones. Remove a lost phone and reset a PIN as soon as you know it is no longer safe.

Your stamp card

You set the reward and the rules, and you honor every reward a customer has earned on your card, including after you change the rules.

Customer data

• You see the names, mobile numbers and visits of customers at your shop. Use them only to run your stamp card and to contact customers who agreed to hear from you.
• Keep any list you download safe, don't share it, and follow the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173).
• Send promos only through Cafie Stamp and only to customers who turned them on.

Trial, plans and fees

You start with a free 30-day trial. No card is needed. After the trial you pay for a monthly plan, by GCash, Maya or card. If your plan ends, stamping pauses at your counter. Your customers keep their stamps and can still claim rewards that are ready.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Cafie Stamp at any time. Your customers keep their Cafie Stamp accounts. We may suspend a shop that misuses customer data or breaks this agreement.

For everyone

The service

We work to keep Cafie Stamp running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. Stamps given with no internet are saved on the counter phone and sync later.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Cafie Stamp is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you before the change applies.
