How the stamp card works

Sign up in the Cafie Stamp app with your mobile number.
Show your QR code at the counter. The cashier scans it and adds your stamp.
When the card is full, tap Redeem and the cashier gives you the reward.

Common questions

I got a new phone. Are my stamps gone?

No. Your stamps are saved to your mobile number. Install Cafie Stamp on the new phone and sign in with the same number.

A stamp is missing.

If the shop had no internet, the stamp is saved on its counter phone and shows up once it reconnects. If it still hasn't appeared the next day, ask the shop or contact us.

My reward doesn't show at the counter.

Rewards need internet. Check that your phone is online and open your card again.

I don't have a smartphone.

Ask the cashier for a printed Cafie Stamp card. They scan it, or type your mobile number, to give you stamps.

I changed my mobile number.
